Asus launches ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X handheld gaming consoles in India

Asus on Tuesday (October 7, 2025) launched two new handheld gaming consoles, the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X, in India. The new ROG Xbox Ally series runs on AMD Ryzen Z2 series processors.
Asus ROG Xbox Ally series has a 7 inch FHD IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. They offer contoured grips, hall effect analog triggers, customizable buttons, and HD haptics.
The ROG Xbox Ally series comes with up to 24GB LPDDR5X memory, 1TB PCIe SSD storage, and WiFi 6E connectivity.
Both devices support Radeon’s latest technologies, including FSR, RSR, and AFMF, along with Windows 11 versatility. The new Xbox full-screen experience enables gamepad supported UI/UX navigation.

The new ROG Xbox Ally is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor, coupled with a massive 80Wh battery and a dedicated NPU for AI-powered performance optimisation. It starts at ₹1,14,990.
Meanwhile, the ROG Xbox Ally runs on the AMD Ryzen Z2 A processor with a 60Wh battery. It retails at ₹69,990.
Pre-orders starts today on Asus and ROG exclusive stores, Asus eshop, Amazon, Vijay Sales and Authorized Asus partners while availability begins from October 16.
