Amazon Web Services has announced a new AI platform for enterprise users called Quick Suite that brings together agentic AI tools for research, business intelligence and automation capabilities within one workspace. The suite of services is similar to Google’s Gemini Enterprise targeted at daily business users which was also unveiled on the same day.
“You can now analyse data through natural language queries, find critical information across enterprise and external sources in minutes, and automate processes from simple tasks to complex multi-department workflows,” the blog posted by AWS making the announcement said.
The platform allocates documents, files and application data from different databases, data warehouses and emails to create a single, secure repository for employees.
Quick Suite can be connected with third-party services like Adobe Analytics, SharePoint, Snowflake, Google Drive, OneDrive, Outlook, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Slack among others. Users will be able to access information from them via MCP servers.
Users will find Quick Sight to analyse and visualise data, Quick Research to look for information and generate research reports, Quick Flow for simpler, routine tasks and Quick Automate to handle complex tasks with multiple agents.
