Google Cloud announces Trillium TPUs now available


Our sixth-generation Tensor Processing Unit (TPU), called Trillium, is now generally available for Google Cloud customers. The rise of generative AI has created a need for high-performance infrastructure, and Trillium was designed with this in mind to optimize for effectiveness and sustainability. In fact, Trillium is 4x more performant and 67% more energy efficient than its predecessor.
